About us
A place for people who are still becoming.
„TalentIQ feels like the part of the dream you usually never get to see."
Chapter I
The World of TalentIQ
A cinematic actor development studio
The quiet moments after a shoot. The stillness of rehearsal rooms. Half-finished conversations at two in the morning, while timelines render in dark editing suites. Tired eyes illuminated by the glow of a monitor. City streets after long shooting days. Cold air. Warm shadows. Film grain living on in old footage no one was supposed to keep.
This is where TalentiQ begins.
Not as a place built around fame. Not around performance for the sake of being seen. Not around pretending to be fearless.
But around becoming.
TalentiQ is a cinematic space for actor development — for people who have often felt slightly outside the room they wanted to belong to. People who carry entire inner worlds quietly within them. People who learned to observe before they spoke, and to understand emotions long before they fully understood themselves.
Here, acting is never treated as content.
It is approached as memory. As identity. As emotional truth brought to life through the craft.
TalentiQ feels less like a traditional acting school and more like stepping into a film that understands you before you have to explain yourself.
Imagine late rehearsals. Unfinished scripts spread across tables. Creative conversations that open up new perspectives. The experience of working alongside people who share a desire to create something meaningful, even when the outcome is still uncertain.
This is the spirit we want to cultivate: a space where artistic ambition meets curiosity, where vulnerability can coexist with discipline, and where growth is allowed to take time.
Everything at TalentiQ begins with the belief that acting requires more than louder performances or surface-level confidence. It calls for emotional precision, presence, psychological awareness, and an understanding of human complexity.
Through scene work, camera practice, character exploration, and the development of the actor's instrument, we bring that belief into practice. The work is not about manufacturing a particular personality or forcing an idea of who an actor should become. It is about developing the craft while learning to work with greater awareness, intention, and honesty.
Because the reality of an acting career extends far beyond the performance itself.
There is rejection. Uncertainty. The time between ambition and opportunity. The challenge of separating your worth as a person from the outcome of an audition, a role, or a project.
TalentiQ does not promise to remove these challenges. It exists to help actors approach their development with greater clarity, stronger foundations, and a deeper understanding of themselves and their craft.
This world is for actors who are still becoming. For people somewhere between uncertainty and ambition, between unfinished possibilities and dreams that feel almost too big to say out loud. For those who want to be seen, while still discovering what it means to let themselves be seen.
And something meaningful can happen in that process.
Through scenes. Through conversations. Through experimentation, mistakes, and the courage to try again. Through the experience of creating alongside people who gradually become familiar, trusted creative companions.
The projects eventually end. The sets come down. The files are archived. The lights go out.
But what you discover through the work can stay with you: a new perspective, a deeper understanding of your instrument, a greater awareness of your choices, and a clearer sense of the artist you are becoming.
This is TalentiQ.
An actor-development philosophy shaped by cinema. A creative culture built around craft, identity, and growth. A place where actors can move beyond the roles they believe they must play in life — and begin exploring who they are, what they have to express, and how they want to bring it to the screen.
And perhaps, somewhere in that process, a sense of belonging begins to emerge.
Chapter II · Founder Story
Roxane Yoman — the founder.
„People often assume that when you build something meaningful, you always knew where you were going. I didn't.
I grew up shy and observant, often feeling like an outsider. I was insulted because of my skin colour and spent a lot of time wondering where I belonged.
I wasn't the loudest person in the room. I often wasn't the first choice. Early on, I learned to observe people before I spoke.
At the same time, I was disciplined. I started playing tennis at the age of four and later spent years training in competitive swimming. Sports taught me consistency, resilience, and how to keep going even when progress wasn't immediately visible.
Stories had always been part of my life. My mother and I watched films together constantly. I loved cinema, but I never seriously considered working in film myself. It felt like a world that belonged to other people.
Then, in seventh grade, something small happened.
During a playful moment, my German teacher told me I could make a good actress.
It wasn't a life-changing speech. No dramatic movie moment. But the words stayed with me.
Years later, when it was time to choose a direction for my life, I honestly didn't know what I wanted to do. I wasn't one of those people who seemed to have everything figured out.
I decided to study film directing, partly because I was still searching. I was curious about stories, people, emotions, and human behaviour, even if I couldn't fully explain why at the time.
That decision changed my perspective.
Through film, I began to understand how much exists beneath the surface of a person. Human complexity. Emotional truth. Identity. The invisible experiences people carry with them and the ways those experiences shape how they see themselves and the world.
I became fascinated by the inner worlds that many people rarely talk about.
At the same time, my own journey wasn't straightforward. Financial struggles, student debt, difficult jobs, uncertainty, and rejection were part of it. There were moments when it felt as though everyone else was moving forward while I was still trying to find my place.
But I kept building. I kept learning. I kept showing up.
Through workshops, creative projects, and conversations with actors, I began to notice something. Many of them were talented, ambitious, creative, and hardworking. Yet they were also struggling with insecurity, self-doubt, loneliness, and the constant pressure to prove that they belonged.
I began to realise that artistic development requires more than the ability to perform a role.
Most actors are taught how to perform. Few are taught how to navigate the process of becoming.
I started thinking about a space I would have needed when I was younger: a place where artistic practice, self-understanding, emotional development, and personal growth could exist together.
A place where people don't have to become someone else before they're allowed to begin growing into themselves.
So I decided to build it.
That became TalentiQ.
TalentiQ grew out of my belief that actor development goes beyond technique alone. It's about understanding your own instrument, learning to work more consciously with yourself and others, and developing the skills that make long-term artistic growth possible.
It's not about fame or pretending to be fearless. It's about the craft, the development, and the courage to keep showing up for the process.
TalentiQ is for actors who want to go deeper. Those who want to develop their skills, understand themselves better, and shape their artistic journey with greater awareness and intention.
Because I know what it feels like to search for belonging.
And I believe some of the most powerful stories begin with people who spend years trying to find where they belong.
