Where you might be now

01

You want to act. But wanting it and developing your craft are two different things.

Maybe you practise scenes alone. You watch performances, study actors, repeat lines, record self-tapes — and try to understand what makes a scene work.

Some of it lands. Some of it doesn't. And when you are working by yourself, there is no one in the room to tell you which is which.

How do you know what is actually improving — and what to work on next?

Perhaps you overthink an audition. Perhaps you hold back from trying something unexpected because you want to get it right the first time.

Wanting to act is a starting point. Development asks for more: practice, observation, feedback, repetition — and the willingness to keep learning when it is uncomfortable.

You do not need to have everything figured out. You need an environment in which you can work on it.

Or perhaps the motivation is there, but the structure isn't — nothing that turns intention into practice, week after week.

Develop the actor, not only the performance.

Acting is a craft. It requires practice, technique, attention, imagination — and the ability to work with other people.

The approach

But developing your craft also means understanding how you work, learning to use feedback, exploring your artistic perspective and taking responsibility for your progress.

At TalentiQ, these belong together.

01

Craft

Scene work, partner work, camera acting, voice, movement and practical exercises — the tools you rely on when it counts.

03

Feedback & Reflection

Observe your own work, receive constructive feedback, recognise patterns — and turn observations into specific goals.

02

Identity

What you want to express, how you approach a character, and what makes your artistic perspective your own.

04

Responsibility & Practice

Build a consistent practice, own your development, collaborate — and learn to create opportunities instead of only waiting for them.

TalentiQ does not promise to remove every doubt or guarantee a professional acting career. It offers a structured environment in which you can develop your craft, make deliberate choices and learn to move forward through practice.

The journey

Your 12 months at TalentiQ

Development takes time. The program moves from foundation to partner work, from partner work to the camera — and then into your own creative practice.

The training rhythm

This is not a weekly hobby class.

It is a year of regular, in-person work — and of practice you carry out on your own between sessions.

Establish your acting foundation, develop awareness of your instrument — body, voice, attention — and build a practice you can sustain.

Scenes, listening, responding, relationships. The practical demands of working with another actor — and of being changed by what they give you.

Performance for camera, repeatability, directability and recorded work — under more structured, production-like conditions.

Bring it together. Work toward a creative project, reflect on your progress, and identify the next stage of your development.

The remaining weeks are reserved for completing your creative project, end-of-year review and planning your next steps.

What you leave with

Leave with more than workshop experience.

The goal is not to attend classes for a year. It is to understand your development, apply what you learn, and leave with real work — and a clearer sense of what comes next.

01

Individual development goals

Know which skills you are working on — and what, specifically, you want to improve.

04

A completed creative project

A scene, monologue or short film — developed independently or with others, and finished.

02

Progress reviews

Reflect on your development at defined points in the year, using feedback and observed work.

05

An end-of-year showcase

Selected work presented through a showcase or screening. Final format depends on production arrangements.

TalentiQ does not guarantee representation, casting opportunities, paid acting work or an industry-ready portfolio. What you build depends on your work across the year.

03

Recorded acting material

A collection of selected recorded scenes that documents your practical work.

06

A next-stage development plan

Your next priorities and practical steps beyond the program, written down.

Watching your own work — and learning what to do with what you see — is part of the training.

Who it's for

A serious commitment to your development.

TalentiQ Actors 18+ is for people who want to take acting seriously — and are prepared to take an active role in their own development.

TalentiQ may be right for you if…

  • You genuinely want to pursue acting.

  • You are willing to practise consistently — including when progress feels uncomfortable.

  • You want structured feedback, not only your own judgement.

  • You want to collaborate and learn alongside other actors.

  • You understand that development needs your own effort between sessions.

  • You want to create work and take practical steps toward your artistic goals.

The commitment

One year. Clearly stated.

It may not be the right fit if…

  • You are looking for a casual acting hobby without a substantial commitment.

  • You expect trainers to be solely responsible for your progress.

  • You are unwilling to practise independently.

  • You want a guaranteed casting, agent or professional breakthrough.

  • You are not ready to receive constructive feedback or reflect on your work.
